Mental Health and Healthcare Manager Lead

Nurse Seekers is proud to be recruiting a Deputy Manager (RN) for our client's nursing home in Chesterfield.
This role involves supporting the Home Manager with the management of the unit, focusing on clinical nursing leadership to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Manage daily operations of the unit, allocate tasks to nursing and care staff.
- Monitor and supervise care practices to maintain consistent excellence in resident care.
- Support the Home Manager in recruitment, retention, and performance-related matters.
- Contribute to budget management and resource allocation, including duty rotas and skill mix requirements.
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 based on industry standards and the location. Additionally, you will receive a generous holiday allowance, ongoing training, pension scheme, free parking, free DBS check, and free uniform.
