Healthcare Service Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Care Home Manager to work in an exceptional residential care service based in the Chesterfield, Derbyshire area.
This is a specialist service developed to support the mental health needs of individuals aged 18 years and over. The successful candidate will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
**To be considered for this position, you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.**
About the RoleThe Deputy Manager will work alongside the Registered Manager and assist with the line management of a team of staff. You will have knowledge, understanding, and experience of relevant legislation ensuring compliance with CQC and other statutory regulators.
You will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the service to the highest standards.
Your key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A thorough understanding of person-centred, needs-led, and outcome-based services.
- A commitment to quality care and service provision.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience working in a deputy manager position with knowledge and experience in the requirements of the service users.
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £28,080 per annum (based on 40 hours per week at £13.50 per hour) and a range of benefits including:
