About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Home Care Direct. This is a full-time position based in Chesterfield, East Midlands, with opportunities for hybrid working. The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of care services for clients, develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, and liaise with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of care services for clients, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and their families.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in health and social care or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in the health or social care industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, with additional benefits including auto-enrolment into our pension scheme, sick pay after probation, birthday day off, hybrid working arrangements, Blue Light Card, Employee Assistance Programme, and access to our wellbeing app.
