Job Title: Public Fellowship Coordinator
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 per annum.

Job Description:
The Public Fellowship Coordinator will play a crucial role in devising and implementing a holistic outreach strategy, focusing on designing and rolling out a self-sustaining outreach framework across all 25 Rhodes constituencies, supported by the central Outreach team at Rhodes House. The role involves:
1. Playing a leading role in the development and delivery of the outreach strategy for the Rhodes Trust, supporting the 25 Rhodes constituencies as required to develop and implement tailored key outreach objectives based on the individual needs of each constituency.
2. Centrally managing and coordinating the Trust's Outreach Ambassadors Programme, including the recruitment of Ambassadors and developing key resources, guidance, and induction processes.
3. Managing the Trust's outreach work and team: working with the Outreach Coordinator and Data Analyst to determine priorities and oversee the delivery of relevant areas of data gathering and analysis, data visualisation, and research.
4. Supporting and stewarding the network of volunteers working on behalf of the Trust: training and mentoring outreach Ambassadors; supporting National and Deputy Secretaries and their administrative staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Demonstrable experience of devising and implementing an outreach strategy.
2. Experience of generating and implementing innovative outreach initiatives.
3. Proven leadership experience: demonstrated skill at collaborative leadership and team management.
