About the Role

SJB Medical is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Assessor Nurse to join our team. As a Functional Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing the functional capacity of individuals who have been injured at work or are living with a health condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and cognitive function to determine their capacity for work.
  • Evaluate patients' reports of symptoms and medical history to identify areas where they may require support or modifications to perform daily tasks.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing (adult nursing) or equivalent experience.
  • Registered with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and legislation.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of £39,300 per annum, paid weekly, based on 37 hours worked.
  • Part-time opportunities available, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
