About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, supporting our apprentices from the start of their journey with Hays Travel and throughout their apprenticeship. As a Learning and Development Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, aligning with our company values and ethos.

Main Responsibilities

  • Apprentice Support and Development
    • Assess, coach, and develop apprentices during individual progress reviews, selecting quality evidence to showcase and stretch their capabilities.
    • Deliver engaging and motivational training that inspires learners to achieve the desired impact.
  • Training Delivery and Evaluation
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of current training sessions and suggest improvements.
    • Research and write engaging training content for virtual and classroom delivery.
  • Organisational Skills and Awareness
    • Strong awareness of safeguarding, prevent, and British values.
    • Effectively communicate and promote organisational changes.
    • Knowledge and high level of competency with department and company technology.
  • Personal Development and Customer Service
    • Be able to self-reflect and identify areas for personal development.
    • Motivated 'can do' attitude, striving for excellence in all areas of the role.
    • Exceptional time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
    • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Previous experience in a retail travel sales environment.
  • Previous experience of classroom/remote delivery.
  • Previous delivery experience of core skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Level 3 + qualification in education and training.
  • Level 3 assessment award.
  • Level 4 quality assurance.
