Role: Learning Coach & Mentor

As a Learning Coach & Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting learners on their educational journey. You will foster positive relationships with both learners and employers, providing academic and emotional support to cultivate a productive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized learning plans and set SMART targets tailored to individual learner needs.
  • Employ coaching techniques to facilitate behavioral change and encourage personal growth.
  • Leverage digital technologies to enhance the learning experience and provide engaging instruction.
  • Collaborate with employers and external agencies to ensure alignment between training programs and industry requirements.
  • Deliver interactive teaching and training sessions designed for adult learners.
  • Effectively manage your time and workload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality support.
  • Build rapport with diverse individuals, creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
  • Inspire and motivate learners, fostering a passion for learning and personal development.
Qualifications
  • Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent qualification.
  • Level 5 CIPD Human Resources qualification.
  • Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification, or a willingness to obtain one.
