Job Title: Duty and Assessment Social Worker

Tripod Social Care is seeking a qualified Social Worker with 2 years of post-qualification experience to join our team in Northamptonshire.

The successful candidate will work within the Children and Young People's Service, providing support to families in need. This will involve working with a range of services, including Initial Assessment, Children in Need Teams, Specialist Children's Looked After Teams, Children with Disabilities Teams, and Adoption and Fostering Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with families to assess their needs and provide support
  • Collaborating with other services to ensure comprehensive support for families
  • Developing and implementing plans to meet the needs of children and young people
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues and other professionals
