Job Summary: Zest Business Group is seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join their team in Cambridge. As a key member of the opticians, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the practice's growth.

About the Role:
- Work in a modern, boutique environment with a focus on customer experience
- Assist in managing day-to-day activities, including patient consultations and frame selection
- Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Participate in international trade shows to stay up-to-date on the latest trends
- Engage in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience working in an opticians or similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and flair for fashion
- Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to go above and beyond
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Bonus scheme in place for outstanding performance
- Free parking available on site
