Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the training and development initiatives across the site.
  2. Develop and deliver a site L&D strategy that aligns with the group's objectives.
  3. Manage the site training and development plan & budget.
  4. Monitor and report on learner journeys and performance.
  5. Deliver local site learning initiatives.
  6. Organise and oversee all legal and compliance training.
  7. Implement and use the Group LMS effectively.
  8. Work with Business Unit Managers to devise a training program.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in a Learning and Development/ Training Role.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Flexibility in working hours and adapting to dynamic environments.
What You Will Get

£42,000 - £55,000 per annum. Plus additional benefits including career progression opportunities and employee discounts.
