About the Position:

The Resolute Group Ltd is seeking a highly experienced MOD Site Upgrade Programme Lead to join our team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to the development and delivery of the upgrade programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the on-site team, including Commercial, Technical, and Operations delivery capabilities.
  • Work closely with the client to develop and deliver the upgrade programme.
  • Lead and deliver complex builds, such as new developments, mega sheds, and infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects (£50m+).
  • Full driving license and ability to pass Security clearance to work on the MOD site.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Remuneration Package:

£120,000 - £130,000 basic salary, plus bonus, car or allowance, lodging subsistence, family Bupa, and pension.
