About the Job

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Recruitment Manager to spearhead a team of recruiters in delivering an unparalleled end-to-end recruitment experience. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our recruitment function.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in recruitment management, preferably within healthcare or a related field, along with a proven track record of driving results-driven teams.

You will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring our recruitment processes remain aligned with our values of trust, respect, understanding, empathy, and expertise.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to secure top healthcare talent.
  2. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to upskill recruiters and drive business growth.
  3. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and outreach initiatives.
  4. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
  5. Establish and maintain effective relationships with external partners and suppliers.
Essential Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment management within healthcare or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business outcomes.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing data-driven recruitment strategies.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
