Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Job Description

Supporting Service Users: As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our service users to identify their needs and preferences, providing tailored support to enable them to maintain their independence.

Community Activities: You will accompany service users to various community activities, such as swimming, gym sessions, and walks, promoting a sense of fun and humour while supporting them in new daily living challenges.

Teamwork and Communication: Effective communication skills are essential for this role, as you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless support for our service users.

Requirements
  • Resourceful and proactive approach to researching local community resources and events
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
