This part-time Support Worker role offers an exciting opportunity to work with Creative Support Ltd, a leading provider of personalized support services for individuals with learning disabilities. Based in Clitheroe, Lancashire, this position involves supporting service users in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and engage in local community activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support is essential, along with a commitment to upholding our organization's values of inclusivity, respect, and empathy.
We offer a competitive salary of £21,500 per annum (pro-rata), plus a range of benefits, including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days' Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS. Full training will be provided, including the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
