Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Care and Support Professional to join our team supporting adults with a learning disability in Lancashire. You will help create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims, and ambitions.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with lone working, supporting individuals with Mental Health Needs, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a self-starter with a high level of motivation, you will empower people with a learning disability to live the lives they choose.

Salary: 12 per hour (guaranteed monthly salary for full and part-time roles)

About the Role:

  • You will provide personal and emotional support, helping individuals plan and manage their daily lives, including leisure activities, employment, and travel.
  • Supporting people in their own homes or out and about in the community, you will work collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure person-centered care.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience or qualifications required; full training will be provided.
  • Compassionate, caring, and confident individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and self-starter qualities.
