Care Worker Opportunity

Seeking a Care Worker to join our Extra Care service in Clitheroe. Enjoy secure work with good pay, great training, and no previous experience is required.
This role involves assisting residents with various needs to live independently as possible. Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities such as housework, personal care, and meal preparation. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Cera offers a comprehensive 3-day training program for new employees. You will receive shadowing and peer support from an experienced care mentor during your first 12 weeks. Additionally, you may be eligible for specialist training for delegated healthcare tasks.
The successful candidate will have a passion for helping others and be flexible to work various shifts, including alternate weekends. A DBS/PVG check is mandatory for this position.
