Senior Residential Care Manager

Service Users: Young People (YP) with various needs, including EBD, CSE, CCE
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Care Manager to join our client's children's residential home. You will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people aged 6 to 17 who have experienced early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may exhibit challenging behaviors.
- Plan and oversee shifts with Residential Support Workers
- Manage risks in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Stay informed on current legislation, such as the Children's Homes Regulations 2015
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience in children's or young adults' residential care within the last 5 years
A full manual driving licence
A passion for supporting children and young people and a commitment to their development
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
