Senior Recruitment Specialist for Cavalry Healthcare

Cavalry Healthcare Ltd is a leading provider of care services, seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of our organisation.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector and a proven track record of success in recruitment management, ideally within healthcare or a related field.

You will develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage a robust candidate pipeline, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels.
  3. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the highest quality candidates.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to inform recruitment decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare or a related sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
