Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Totaljobs. As a key member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase Totaljobs market share
- Conduct targeted research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving concerns to maintain client satisfaction
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to foster customer growth and revenue generation
- Track, assess, and report on client performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated expertise in acquiring new business and cultivating and expanding an account base to drive sales growth
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and execution
- Exceptional skills in managing and nurturing client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software to effectively manage client interactions and track progress
- Ability to adapt to changes within the business in an evolving market landscape, and a solution-oriented mindset to navigate challenges effectively
