Requirements and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously and utilize software applications relevant to the position.
