Job Description

The Technical Service Desk Agent will be responsible for handling incoming requests from users, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with other teams to deliver solutions. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT principles and concepts, as well as the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. We offer a supportive and collaborative working environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming requests from users via telephone, email, and other channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using our call management system, ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver solutions and improve IT services.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems and processes.

We offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
