**Job Description:**

  • Lead on the development of the College's regular giving strategy and associated annual plans with the Development Director to achieve annual income targets.
  • Manage the College's telephone fundraising campaigns as well as recruiting student callers.
  • Develop effective and appropriate legacy cultivation and stewardship plans and deliver high-quality communications to this group of supporters.
  • Project manage legacy marketing campaigns to promote legacy fundraising, including researching, writing, and disseminating legacy marketing materials.
  • Integrate legacy fundraising into the activities of the wider Development team.
  • Utilise the alumni database to ensure all interactions with alumni and donors are recorded, and use Excel to produce in-depth analysis of appeals, supporter behaviour, and giving to best deliver the supporter journey.

  • Adaptable and flexible individual who is able to think on your feet and interact with key constituents and stakeholders.
  • Proven planning, organisational, and prioritising capability.
  • Excellent IT skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and social networking.
