Fauna & Flora International is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Development Officer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to play a key role in securing high-value donations and meeting our ambitious fundraising targets.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and managing high-value donor relationships, with a proven track record of securing significant donations. They will work closely with our Philanthropy Engagement team to develop and deliver tailored engagement opportunities for major supporter prospects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic approach to securing high-value donations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals and corporates
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver targeted fundraising initiatives

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
