We are seeking a dynamic Community Development Officer (Grants) to join our team at Cambridge Cyrenians. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing grant funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and corporations.

You will work closely with Trustees and Senior Staff to develop and deliver our fundraising strategy, ensuring that we meet our targets and grow our supporter base. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and identifying grant funding opportunities
  • Writing compelling grant applications and reports
  • Building and maintaining relationships with trusts, foundations, and corporations

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
