Patient Advisor Role

The estimated salary for this part-time role is £24,000 (pro rata) + bonuses.

We are seeking a Patient Advisor to join our team in Bury St Edmunds with part-time travel to Cambridge.

  • This role involves building relationships with patients, ensuring regular communication before and after treatment, and assisting in patient consultations and practice visits.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering world-class customer service, strong organizational skills, effective communication with diverse groups, and motivation and drive to succeed.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic scans using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check.
  • Help patients complete health and lifestyle questionnaires.
  • Introduce patients to optometrists.
  • Schedule treatment dates for vision correction surgery.
  • Advise on traditional vision correction solutions and discuss finance options.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
