Job Description:
This role is responsible for providing sales and operational support to the Vision Truck Group team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in sales, customer service, or operations and possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team with data, communication, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate records of customer interactions and sales agreements.
- Coordinate with fleet customers to meet their needs.
- Process invoices and review sales agreements.
- Manage CRM database and maintain build schedules.
- Filing documents physically and electronically.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) required.
- Valid G license and clean driving record.
Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
