About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team, management, and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with fleet customers to ensure prompt and detailed responses.
  • Process invoices and review sales agreements for accuracy.
  • Manage CRM database and maintain build schedules.
  • Filing documents physically and electronically.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) required.
  • Valid G license and clean driving record.

Estimated Salary:$62,000 - $82,000 per year.
