Job Description

The Human Resources Representative will be responsible for administering a wide range of administrative duties and tasks, including supporting employees, participating in recognition and events, and managing leave of absence requests. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with the administration of human resources programs and functions.
  2. Participate in recruitment efforts, including posting vacancies and conducting interviews.
  3. Plan and execute employee meals and events, including anniversary and birthday celebrations.
  4. Manage leave of absence requests and annual enrollments.
  5. Compile, update, and generate reports, including audits and data-driven materials.
  6. Assist with trainings, presentations, and events, including designing PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  2. Bilingual in Spanish desired.
  3. Previous HR experience desired.
  4. Proficient knowledge of computer programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Annual Salary: $70,125
