Role Requirements
  • Proven management or team leading experience within the financial services industry, preferably in an independent advisory firm.
  • Strong understanding of financial advice sales processes, business submissions and commission payments.
  • Ability to utilize a Diary Management System to allocate and track work.
  • Liaison skills with advisors, product providers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office and systems migrations is beneficial.
