IFA Business Administrator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Administration function in the Wakefield area. This role offers a competitive salary and bonus structure, with opportunities for growth and development.
Role Requirements- Proven management or team leading experience within the financial services industry, preferably in an independent advisory firm.
- Strong understanding of financial advice sales processes, business submissions and commission payments.
- Ability to utilize a Diary Management System to allocate and track work.
- Liaison skills with advisors, product providers and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office and systems migrations is beneficial.
