To be considered for this role, you must have significant experience in management or team leading within the Financial Services industry, ideally from within an Independent Financial Advisory sector. You will need to possess a proven track record of managing a team and evidence of team development and progression. A good understanding of the Financial Advice sales process, business submission process, and commissions and fee payment process is essential.

You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the Administration teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office on a daily basis. This includes coordinating between Advisers, Paraplanners, and Administrative staff, as well as leading the recruitment and onboarding process. In addition, you will use a Diary Management System to allocate and track incoming work across the Administration teams, liaising with advisors throughout the advice process, and supporting the production of portfolio and fund analysis reports for advisor/client meetings.
