As a key member of Ball's team, the Plant HR Lead will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation. About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the plant management team to develop local HR strategies and deploy global policies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing new regional/global HR policies, monitoring compliance with regulatory ethical standards, and harmonising policies with current ones.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implementing new regional/global HR policies and harmonizing them with current ones
  • Monitoring compliance with regulatory ethical standards and local employee relations laws
  • Assisting the plant leadership team with communicating organisational changes
  • Driving goal-setting and performance management processes, following up with managers where necessary

We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional with experience in business-partnering roles, confident in Microsoft Office, and experienced in using SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent HR database. The ideal candidate should have a background in international manufacturing, consumer goods, or industrial environments.

Ball offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, depending on location and experience.
