Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join Genesis Technology Services as an HR & Facilities Administrator.

This role supports the HR team, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for internal enquiries relating to HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters.
  • Support a wide range of HR and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Punctual, reliable, and excellent communication skills for in-person, email, and telephone interactions.
  • Previous experience supporting a HR function.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Desired Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 3 obtained or working towards qualification (desirable).

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
