Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders across multiple sites and international partners, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery.
- Provide fast and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure adherence to our segmentation process, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal processes, guaranteeing accuracy and precision in all administrative tasks.
- Liaise with commercial teams to discuss pricing, minimum order quantities, and logistics, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Ensure the best possible information flow to customers regarding logistics and lead times, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Manage and continually improve pricing, quotation, and price files, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis.
- Administer systems consistently and accurately, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Act as an internal customer champion, promoting a culture of excellent customer service and support.
- Assist across the department wherever needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English, demonstrating strong foundational skills.
- Experience in customer service and/or sales support, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
