Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their queries are answered promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service through our Live Chat application, ensuring queries are answered promptly and accurately.
  • Complaint Handling: Handle complaints and quality issues systematically, liaising with relevant departments to resolve them.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with delivery partners to address any arising issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production teams across all locations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Artwork Resolution: Collaborate with the studio team to resolve artwork-related issues.
  • Customer Feedback: Monitor and respond to customer feedback on Reviews and Trustpilot platforms.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks and assist the Finance Manager as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience in a print and logistics environment is beneficial.
  • Live Chat Skills: Familiarity with Live Chat customer service support is advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and intermediate IT skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
