TSYS Managed Services EMEA is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer queries, and managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Manage customer accounts, including balance transfers, direct debits, and credit limit alterations
* Provide excellent customer service at all times, building and maintaining a professional relationship with customers
* Process card payments and investigate recurring issues
* Work with internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers

Requirements:

* Customer service experience (face to face or telephone)
* Understanding of credit cards
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Good level of spoken and written English
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Good telephone manner
* Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
* Customer focused and results-orientated
