Occupational Therapist

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet St Augustine's, a 32-bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation service for men.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on occupational therapy, psychology, psychiatry, and vocational training.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support service users in achieving their goals
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions, including activities of daily living, cognitive training, and vocational skills
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for service users
- Participate in service development and contribute to the growth and development of the occupational therapy department
- A supportive and collaborative work environment with a dedicated team of professionals
