Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet St Augustines, a 32-bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation service for men. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals in achieving their goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide assessment and treatment of occupational dysfunction, using evidence-based practice and agreed occupational therapy pathways.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support junior staff, including student education and training.
- Contribute to the development of occupational therapy services, including service model development and specialist interest groups.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
