Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet St Augustine's, a 32-bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation service for men.

Service Overview

Cygnet St Augustine's provides a comprehensive treatment program for individuals with complex mental health needs. Our multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and nursing staff, work together to provide a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to service users, including assessment, goal setting, and intervention
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous development of the service

Requirements
