Cultural Relations and Programming Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cultural Relations and Programming Manager to join our team in Manchester or London. This is a part-time, 18 hours per week position with flexible working hours considered.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for the development of literature programmes appropriate to the ODA framework, working on multiple programmes with different cultural and operational contexts.

The successful candidate must have experience of working in an international context or with different cultures, a good knowledge of contemporary UK literature, and a track record in literature programming. We would particularly welcome applications from people who have worked with the arts in community engagement or development programmes in the UK or overseas.

Salary: £28,019 per year (pro rata). Benefits include pension contributions, holiday entitlement, and staff restaurants.
