HR Advice Role

The Darlington Borough Council is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR advice across all services within the Council.

Key Features
  • £37,938 - £40,476 per annum salary
  • 32 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, with option to purchase additional Annual Leave (pro-rata for part time working)
  • Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme with option to make Additional Voluntary Contributions

You will work as part of a small team and play a key role in providing high-quality HR advice across all services within the Council. The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge of employment law and HR policy and best practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in HR
  • Detailed knowledge of employment law and HR policy and best practice

The ideal candidate will be able to manage a varied workload and work effectively as part of a small team.
