We're seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to drive new business and lead the growth of our cutting-edge CX company in the EMEA region.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining and executing strategies to land new business opportunities across the region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-profile accounts, leveraging your expertise in consultative sales and CX solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to position our CX solutions effectively.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to craft bespoke customer experience solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience within CX solutions, with a proven track record of success in the EMEA region.
  • Enterprise-level experience working with £1bn+ revenue businesses, with a deep understanding of their complex sales cycles.
  • Expertise in consultative, solutions-oriented sales, with strong knowledge of CX tools and technologies.
  • Skilled in communicating with senior executives and managing complex deals, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
