Operational Resilience Senior Consultant

ROLE: Operational Resilience Senior Consultant

SALARY: Up to £55k + £4,000 car allowance + 10% bonus DOE

LOCATION: London

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Resilience Senior Consultant to join our team at Robert Half International. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance team, you will be responsible for assisting in conducting scenario testing to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting scenario testing to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of operational resilience frameworks, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Deliver specific product solutions to clients
  • Demonstrate expertise in specific technical areas and/or industries

Requirements:

  • Operational Resilience experience: experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for operational resilience
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively engage with clients at all levels and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Exceptional analytical skills
