About the Role

Finitas is seeking an experienced Operational Resiliency Specialist to enhance the company's ability to withstand disruptions. As a key member of the Operations Resiliency team, you will work closely with the Operations Resiliency Director to develop and implement business continuity processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborating with global teams to align resilience efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough Business Impact Analysis and maintain up-to-date Business Continuity Plans.
  • Manage compliance with resiliency and regulatory standards, ensuring seamless integration with IT and Risk Management Teams.
  • Facilitate scenario testing and implement recommendations to enhance operational resilience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement disaster recovery and risk controls.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 27001, ISO, and regulatory requirements).
  • Relevant industry certifications are desirable (e.g., BCI, DRI).
