Job Opportunity: Operational Resilience Specialist

Finitas is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Specialist to enhance the company's ability to withstand disruptions and maintain robust operations across the UK and Europe.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Resiliency Director to develop and implement business continuity processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborating with global teams to align resilience efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Business Impact Analysis and maintain up-to-date Business Continuity Plans.
  • Manage compliance with resiliency and regulatory standards, including ISO 27001 and relevant industry certifications.
  • Facilitate scenario testing and implement recommendations to improve operational resilience.
  • Collaborate with IT and Risk Management Teams to ensure disaster recovery and risk controls are in place.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and industry certifications.
