Job Description

**Operational Resilience Specialist**

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Specialist to join our team at Eximius Finance. As an Operational Resilience Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's operational resilience and business continuity.

  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement operational resilience strategies across the organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and group objectives.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization's ability to respond to disruptions and crises.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on operational resilience and business continuity best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in operational resilience and business continuity, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
