Job Title: Risk & Resilience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Resilience Specialist to join our team in London. As a Risk & Resilience Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, measuring, and escalating key risks within our business.

About the Role:
  • Identify and assess risks within the Capital Markets business
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to identify opportunities to mitigate inherent risks
  • Support the development of frameworks and enhanced standards to strengthen risk management
  • Represent Risk on Steering Committees and/or Working Groups
Requirements:
  • Financial services experience with strong experience in operational risk, controls, or audit
  • Excellent working knowledge of audit, risk, and operational management concepts
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets (or a business within Capital Markets)
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, planning skills, and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Leadership and organizational skills to direct the activities for multiple business units

Please note that this is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend. The role is hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The successful candidate will be employed by Ajilon (Adecco) and will work on-site with our client.
