Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our 2LoD Operational Resilience team at Healy Hunt. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational resilience of our data and change risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational resilience strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess operational risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on operational resilience matters.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data and change risk management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a 2LoD Operational Resilience role within a Corporate Bank in London.
  • Strong technical knowledge of data and change risk management.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective operational resilience strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
