Operational Resilience and Third Party Oversight Role

Paritas Recruitment - Risk is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience and Third Party Oversight Manager to join their London-based operations.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Operational Resilience and Third Party Oversight and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and acting as the main point of contact for outsourcing/third party management related queries.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the FCA/PRA Operational Policy Statement and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, as well as a thorough understanding of DORA.

As a key member of the team, the Operational Resilience and Third Party Oversight Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the bank's operational resilience and ensuring the effective management of third-party relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with DORA and other relevant regulations
  • Managing third-party relationships and ensuring effective oversight
  • Developing and implementing operational resilience strategies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective risk management
