Job Title: Risk & Resilience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Resilience Specialist to join our team in London. As a Risk & Resilience Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, measuring, and escalating key risks within our business.

About the Role:
  • Identify and assess risks within the Capital Markets business
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to identify opportunities to mitigate inherent risks
  • Support the development of frameworks and enhanced standards
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly forums to foster open and candid discussions of inherent risks
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of audit, risk, and operational management concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Leadership and organizational skills to direct the activities of multiple business units
