Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align resilience efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct scenario testing and implement recommendations to enhance operational resilience.
  • Work closely with IT and Risk Management Teams to develop disaster recovery plans and risk controls.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 27001, ISO, and regulatory requirements).
  • Relevant industry certifications are desirable (e.g., BCI, DRI).
